Tracie Wall, Of Counsel

Tracie L. Wall joined the office in 2022 as Of Counsel, bringing more than 27 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and trust and estate dispute resolution. She began her career as an associate at a mid-sized Seattle firm, later founding her own successful law practice in 2005, which she transitioned to new ownership in 2018.

Having known and worked with Jeff McNamara for decades, it was a natural fit for Tracie to join his firm. Their long-standing professional relationship and shared commitment to client service, integrity, and collaboration make them a trusted team for families navigating complex legal and financial matters.

Tracie is licensed to practice law in Washington and Wisconsin (since 1998) and is also a CPA (Inactive) and VA-accredited attorney, allowing her to combine financial insight with legal expertise. In addition to her work in estate planning, wills, and trusts, Tracie also has extensive experience in long-term care planning, both crisis and pre-planning. She helps clients navigate complex Medicaid and VA eligibility requirements while implementing strategies to preserve hard-earned assets and avoid unnecessary spenddowns.

Throughout her career, Tracie has guided hundreds of clients through probate and trust administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient process during challenging times. Her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail have earned her a reputation for both professionalism and care.

Tracie has also achieved notable results, including securing a four-year back pay award before the DC Board of Veterans’ Appeals and a $6 million TEDRA settlement on behalf of disinherited heirs.

Dividing her time between Washington and Arizona, Tracie remains fully available to clients through remote meetings and modern communication tools, offering the same level of personal attention wherever she may be.

In her spare time, Tracie enjoys spending time with her husband and their four young adult children.
